Nutritional Advice and Diet Planning
Giving the client the option of home visits, outdoor training, and the use of a large gymnasium (see pics) with a wide range of free weights, resistance machines, cardiovascular machines and a full size studio for one on one personal training for those that perhaps lack the confidence to train others.
Each session will be over an hour, you will be consistently training for 1 hour, warm up, stretching and cool down times will fall outside the hour for full, client satisfaction. Being highly qualified also with regards to nutrition And its “clinical” side I feel I can give the client the best of both worlds covering all diet planning, 24 hour assistance; always on the end of the phone if you have any questions or queries whatsoever.
